Almost every Huberman Lab protocol — morning sunlight, evening dim warm light, cool sleep, NSDR, walk-after-meal — is, fundamentally, an architectural prescription. The behaviour is hard to maintain by willpower, easy to maintain when the building is built for it.

On sleep temperature Cool the bedroom for sleep, around 18 °C. Sleep-zone microclimate envelope to 16–19 °C, independent of the rest of the house. Mattress cooling is a workaround when the building cannot deliver.
On NSDR / yoga nidra Behavioural practice. The user does it. Acoustic environment that supports it (RT60 in restorative range, sub-30 dB(A) HVAC, sound-isolated quiet room). The architecture under the practice.
