A comparison
Andrew Huberman translates circadian-biology research into protocols. MAVI specifies the building those protocols are practised in. Same science, different layers of the same stack.
Almost every Huberman Lab protocol — morning sunlight, evening dim warm light, cool sleep, NSDR, walk-after-meal — is, fundamentally, an architectural prescription. The behaviour is hard to maintain by willpower, easy to maintain when the building is built for it.
