This Privacy Policy explains how MAVI World (operating the website at mavilongevity.com) collects, uses, and safeguards information you provide to us.

Who we are

MAVI World is a longevity-architecture studio headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. References to we, us, and our in this policy refer to MAVI World.

The data controller for personal data collected through this website is MAVI World, contactable through our contact form.

What we collect

Address data. When you submit your address through the Snapshot field, the address is encrypted in transit and used only to compose your Snapshot. We do not store your address until you explicitly ask us to (typically by purchasing a Blueprint).

Contact data. When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address, telephone (if provided), and the message you sent.

Payment data. When you purchase a Blueprint, payment is processed by Stripe under its own privacy terms. We receive a confirmation, the last four digits of your card, and your billing country, never your full card details.

Site analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-first, cookieless) records aggregate page-views and country-level traffic. No individual user is identified.

Customer journey. If you complete the Snapshot or Blueprint flow, we record an anonymous session identifier and the steps you took, so we can improve the experience. No personally identifying data is attached to this record unless you have purchased.

How we use it

To deliver the Snapshot and Blueprint you have requested.
To respond to messages you send to us.
To process and fulfil payments.
To improve the website experience based on aggregate behaviour.
To send transactional emails (receipts, magic-link access, Blueprint delivery).

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

How long we keep it

Address data, before purchase: processed in memory; not persisted.
Address data, after purchase: retained for the lifetime of your Blueprint plus 12 months.
Contact-form submissions: retained for 24 months.
Payment records: retained as required by Swiss / EU tax law (10 years).
Customer-journey records: retained for 12 months, then aggregated.

Where it lives

All MAVI customer data is stored in a Zurich-region database (Swiss residency). Static assets and pages are served via Cloudflare’s global edge. Payment processing runs through Stripe (US-headquartered, with EU data-processing addenda in place).

Under the EU GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Rectify any inaccuracies.
Erase your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
Restrict processing.
Object to processing.
Portability, receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a minimal set of strictly-necessary cookies for site operation. Analytics cookies and customer-journey tracking are opt-in and controllable via the consent banner shown on first visit.

Third-party processors

The following processors handle data on our behalf, each under their own data-processing addendum: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (CDN, edge, analytics), Supabase (database, EU region).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers by email.
