These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at mavilongevity.com and the services offered through it (the Site). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who we are
MAVI World is a longevity-architecture studio headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. References to we, us, and our in these terms refer to MAVI World.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes connected with our services. You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or its underlying infrastructure;
- attempt to access areas or data you are not authorised to access;
- scrape, harvest, or reproduce the Site’s content at scale without our written permission;
- use the Site to send unsolicited communications or to impersonate any person.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time where we consider it reasonable to do so.
The Snapshot, the Blueprint, and consultations
The Snapshot is a free, estimated read of a property drawn from public environmental data sources. The Blueprint and any written specification are prepared from the address and information you provide. A consultation is a conversation about your project and carries no obligation on either side to proceed.
These outputs are informational and advisory. They are estimates and professional opinions, not guarantees of any outcome, valuation, permit approval, construction result, or health effect. You remain responsible for the decisions you make, and for engaging qualified architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals for your project.
Not medical advice
MAVI World is an architecture and environmental-performance studio, not a medical provider. Nothing on the Site or in our reports is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing should be relied on as a substitute for the advice of a qualified health professional. We describe measurable environmental standards and the published science behind them; we do not promise any specific health, wellness, or longevity outcome.
Partner engagements
Some services are delivered together with partners, for example construction governance and delivery through Crewzz. Where a partner is involved, that engagement may be governed by a separate written agreement between you and the partner. These Terms of Use govern your use of this Site only.
Bookings and payments
Where you book a consultation, you agree to the scheduling terms shown at the time of booking, including any notice period and rescheduling window. Where you purchase a Blueprint, payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms; we receive a confirmation and limited billing information, never your full card details. Fees are stated at the point of purchase.
Intellectual property
The Site, its content, the MAVI 129™ framework, and all related text, imagery, design, and software are owned by MAVI World or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. A Blueprint or specification we prepare is provided for your own project; you may share it with your professional team, but you may not resell, republish, or commercialise our content or framework without our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAVI World will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version is always the one published here, with the date shown above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and the courts of Geneva have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
