Pioneer of longevity architecture.
Your home is your most powerful health intervention. Founder of MAVI World. Board member, XPRIZE Healthspan. Partner, Jefferies London.
The spaces we live in quietly train our nervous system every day. Light, air, sound, materials, and temperature act as constant signals. Most of them go unnoticed. All of them matter.
When these signals are misaligned, people feel tired, wired, restless, or foggy and assume the problem is them. It usually is not.
My work focuses on making these invisible influences visible, measurable, and deliberately designed, so homes support human vitality instead of quietly draining it.
I do not believe better health starts with more discipline. I believe it starts with better environments. That is what I build.
Homes are lived systems. They should evolve with the people inside them. Precision and softness coexist. The goal is never optimisation for its own sake. It is creating spaces where you can be fully human.

MAVI is the longevity layer to real estate. Homes where longevity is not something you do, it is something that happens to you. Through air that does not inflame, light that does not confuse, materials that do not poison, and rhythms that do not fight you.

Most approaches to health focus on behaviour: what you eat, how you exercise, when you sleep. These matter, but they are downstream of something more fundamental: your environment.
The environment you live in shapes your biology before willpower ever enters the equation. A bedroom with the wrong light spectrum will disrupt your circadian rhythm regardless of your sleep hygiene. Poor air quality will impair your cognition no matter how focused you try to be.
You cannot out-supplement a building working against you. That is why I focus on the invisible layer first.
Principles
Design decisions are guided by how the human body actually works, not by what is fashionable.
Rigorous thinking does not mean cold spaces. The goal is homes that feel warm and alive.
Small environmental improvements create cascading effects on health over time.
Homes should evolve with the people inside them. Design is never finished.
The work
Private residences, development projects, and consulting engagements. Biology does not change with budget or scale.

Jefferies London Prime Real Estate on the paradigm shift in how the world’s wealthiest buyers value property: from marble countertops to circadian lighting, medical-grade air filtration, electromagnetic shielding, and acoustic engineering calibrated to human performance.
Read the full essayThe discerning buyers in the £10M plus bracket are no longer impressed by gold taps and cinema rooms. They want homes that actively enhance their health, extend their lifespan, and optimise their daily performance.
