Kas has worked for two decades at the intersection of UHNW residential, hospitality, and longevity medicine. Her practice convenes architects, longevity clinicians, environmental scientists, and material researchers around a single brief: design buildings that pay back the body that lives in them.
In 2026 she codified the discipline as longevity architecture and the methodology as MAVI 129™: ten interconnected biological domains and one hundred and twenty-nine measurable environmental factors, every recommendation cited.
She maintains the framework against the latest peer-reviewed sources, runs the MAVI Diagnostic team, and works with a small number of Signature clients each year.
