Blueprint Diagnostic · MAVI 129™

Your home
is your most powerful
health intervention.

Longevity built in.

Welcome

Most architects ask what your home should look like. We ask what it is doing to your biology.

Your Blueprint Diagnostic is a measurement-led assessment of your residence across the MAVI 129™ framework: ten interconnected domains, scored against peer-reviewed thresholds. We translate longevity science into actionable specifications. We do not decorate.

The framework is not a checklist. Factors interact. Light affects sleep, which affects metabolism, which affects thermal comfort. Air quality affects cognitive function, which affects stress, which affects immune response. This Blueprint accounts for those interdependencies.

Disclaimer

This report combines live environmental telemetry with peer-reviewed longevity research. Where on-site sensor data is required (mould swabs, water-lab analysis, room-by-room dB readings), values are flagged as estimated and resolved during the bespoke MAVI engagement.

High Priority

Material risk to biological function. Address first.

The dose makes the medicine. These domains are scoring at intervention thresholds; chronic exposure compounds. Resolve these before any architectural or specification work proceeds.

High priority. Score below 50.

No high-priority interventions surfaced. Fabric and infrastructure are performing within acceptable thresholds.

Medium Priority

Optimisation opportunities: compounding gains.

Current performance is acceptable but below the thresholds at which these domains compound positively. Targeted intervention at the source layer (rather than the symptom) yields the most leverage.

Medium priority. Score 50–70.

No medium-priority items.

Low Priority

Maintain. Periodic re-measurement.

These domains are performing above the band threshold. The work here is monitoring rather than intervention. Occupancy patterns and equipment ageing can erode the margin without warning.

Low priority. Score 70+.

No low-priority items.

From measurement to intervention

Sometimes solving it means removing what nobody else thought to look for.

Your Blueprint surfaces what the data layer can see. The bespoke MAVI engagement closes the gap, on-site sensor deployment, room-by-room mapping, water-lab analysis, mould swabs, and the design specifications that follow from what we measure.

Bespoke MAVI Engagement

Currently accepting three projects for 2026. By invitation only. The bespoke engagement deploys the full MAVI 129™ measurement suite and delivers an architectural specification calibrated to your biology, your rhythms, and the home that already exists.

How scoring works

Estimated values are flagged, never hidden.

Each pillar is scored 0–100. The MAVI Score is the equal-weighted mean across all ten domains. Bands: 0–40 intervention, 41–65 performing, 66–85 excellent, 86–100 exemplary. Scores never land exactly on a band edge. They nudge inward.

Where the data layer cannot reach (e.g. room-by-room sensor data, mould swab results, water-lab analyses), the engine falls back to regional priors anchored to the country code, and surfaces an Estimated tag on the source line. This preserves Kas's third principle.

What the bespoke layer adds

The bespoke MAVI engagement closes the gap between data-derived priors and on-site measurement. It includes: airborne particulate sweeps, formaldehyde / VOC sampling, mould swabs, water lab analysis, dB mapping by room, bedroom EMF audit, light-spectrum measurements, and thermal-bridge imaging. The 129 measurable factors of the MAVI 129™ framework are delivered in full.
