The House

A home built around the body. Scroll to step inside.

Air & Ventilation

You move about eleven thousand litres of air through your body each day, almost all of it indoors. MAVI filters it at the source, so the air inside ends up cleaner than the street outside.

Sound & Acoustics

Above 45 decibels at night, deep sleep fragments and cortisol rises whether or not you wake. Acoustic glazing and a low noise floor hold the night quiet, so the body stays in recovery.

Materials & Finishes

The kitchen sets the chemistry of the home. Inert stone, low-emission timber and untreated cloth replace finishes that off-gas for years. The cleanest room is the one built never to pollute its own air.

Lifestyle & Behaviour

Where the table sits, how far the kitchen is, where the light falls. The layout quietly shapes how you move, eat and rest, and MAVI runs the path of least resistance toward health.

Nature & Wellbeing

Visual access to nature lowers cortisol and speeds recovery from mental load. Biophilic sightlines, daylight and living walls give the body the cue it has always answered to.

Thermal & Humidity

Deep sleep begins when the body is allowed to cool. The envelope holds the home in the narrow band where slow-wave and REM sleep hold, humidity between 40 and 50 percent.

Water & Purity

The shower, not the glass, is the real exposure. Skin and lungs absorb more chlorination byproducts in one hot shower than the gut does in a day, so MAVI filters the whole home.

Light & Circadian Health

Your body reads light as a clock. MAVI delivers bright cool light by day and warm dim light after dark, so melatonin rises on time.

EMF & Electrical Health

The fix is simple and cheap. Wiring, routers and devices are kept away from the head of the bed, making the sleeping room the home’s low-field sanctuary.

Tech & Health

The home senses air, light, temperature and rest, and adjusts itself. Intelligence in service of the body, working in the background, never on display.
